Morning Walk through Kowdiar-Rajbhavan Avenue and Kanakakunnu Palace Grounds

"Health is Wealth" .

The above saying is completely true with respect to the modern health care system. If you loose health then you are definitely bound to loose huge quantities of wealth too especially if you are not insured by anyone of the various insurance companies flooding the market . So the best method to save your wealth in this materialistic world is to live healthy and the only short cut to that is regular exercise and proper nutrition .
You might be wondering why I, who is in the prime of my life , should be so worried about health which ideally should worry only senior citizens . But we don't live in Utopia and sickness doesn't differentiate between the old and young . Statistics show that of late more young people are falling victim to Diabetes, cholesterol , BP etc . Having a family history of diabetes i decided to act early and i have taken to jogging in a big way to keep diabetes and a host of other degenerative diseases at bay .

My daily jaunts take me from Kowdiar to Kanakakunnu palace and back . I start at half past five in the morning and reach back at around 7 .

Following the suggestions of my friends i took some pics during one of the morning jogging sessions and have posted them below for perusal.

Starting time -5:30 AM
